We also understand that some orders will need to be returned, that is why we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
Please use the instructions below to insure that your returns are handled in a timely manner.

Warranty and Return Policies

New Returns

Any part purchased from MotorCitySuperStore.com can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. (subject to product availability and inspection).
Any questions regarding your part after the 30 day period please contact the products manufacturer.
The part must be unused, in it's original packaging (No seals or packaging can be broken on gasket or timing sets), and must be in resellable condition.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns (Except Incorrectly Packaged shipments).

All returns are subject to inspection Prior to credit being issued!

Warranty Returns

Specialty High Performance Starters and Alternators when properly installed, are warranted by MotorCitySuperStore.com against defects in materials and workmanship for replacement for the Lifetime of unit with original receipt

Lawn & Garden, Industrial, Marine, Motorcycle, ATV , Snowmobile, Tools and Collectible items are warranted for a period of one year

MotorCitySuperStore.com offers a one year warranty on Auto Parts against manufacturers defects.

If within one year from date of purchase the part no longer functions due to a defect, MotorCitySuperStore.com will replace that part Free of Charge. (Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.)

After one year all warranty issues must be referred to the manufacturer.
Parts that are damaged due to incorrect installation or mistreatment are not covered under this warranty.
MotorCitySuperStore.com does not express or imply any warranty as to the performance of any part sold.
MotorCitySuperStore.com is not Liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of parts purchased on this site, including but not limited to punitive, indirect, direct, incidental, and consequential damages.

Please follow these steps to return an item:

Fill out the form below completely and submit it.

Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a RMA(Return Material Authorization)number and return shipping instructions.

Once you receive your RMA number, for your protection send the part(s) via UPS.
COD's will not be accepted

For new returns, upon satisfactory inspection, MotorCitySuperStore.com will process a credit to your card within 3-4 weeks
The credit will be for the price of the item less 20% for restocking fees(shipping charges will not be refunded for any reason).

For warranty returns, upon evaluation of returned unit, we will repair or replace unit within 10-14 days.

***Because of the nature of automotive parts, the following items are unfortunately not refundable:
Cut hose, carburetors, electrical parts (Including: Alternators, Starters, ECUs, Modules, Sensors), and special order items.
If the item does not function we will be glad to replace it under warranty, but refunds will not be given.***
